We’ve made some changes to the Care Hive platform!

We’ve made some changes that I am excited to share with you!

While I’m really proud of the Care Hive platform, we’re always working to make it better and improve your experience. I love hearing from you about what new features and functionality you’d like to see on Care Hive, and we will continue to listen to your feedback and incorporate it into our future development plans. 

The most recent update to Care Hive has added improvements specifically for service providers.  Yes, we heard you! 

So, whether you use the Care Hive app or the website, you will notice that we have simplified the navigation and added helpful tips to make it super easy for you to set-up and update information about your services, where you wish to work, when you want to work and how much you charge.


The good news for new service providers joining Care Hive is that we’ve removed a couple of Steps from our onboarding process, meaning that you can now sign-up to Care Hive in just a matter of minutes!  

Remember, it is FREE to sign-up to Care Hive and create a profile for your business! Care Hive is a no risk way to grow your business by profiling your services and the individuals who deliver your them to new clients in your preferred delivery area.  There are no lock-in contracts and you only pay a small fee to Care Hive for bookings received via our platform once you have been paid by the client. It’s that simple!

If you already have an account with us, you can sign-in to the Care Hive portal using the link below. If you’ve forgotten your login details, that’s okay, it happens! Just send us an email at info@carehive.net.au and we’ll sort it out for you.
