Frequent readers of my blog posts will know that in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Care Hive introduced new services to our platform to help Australians in isolation with a number of everyday and essential tasks. These include services such as personal training sessions, dog walking, personal shopping & mobile hairdressers. If you could use a hand with these sorts of services you can find them on the homepage of the Care Hive website – simply click the Today’s Essentials – COVID 19 Response tile.
Our team continues to work on adding new functionality to both the Care Hive website and the App to improve your experience. Speaking of which, did you know there is a Care Hive App? If you’re someone that’s always on the move, the Care Hive App makes it easy for you to search for and connect with service providers in your local area at any time. The Care Hive App is free and you can download it from both the App Store and Google Play.
For all the service providers out there, joining Care Hive is a great way to reach new private and self-funded NDIS customers and our platform fee is a very low 4 percent. As you would expect, we do have some minimum requirements for service providers, including an ABN and insurance. Service providers of all sizes are welcome on Care Hive and our team is here to assist you!
